From Notes to Progress: A Better Way to Log Your Workouts

Logging workouts in your notes works, but it gets messy fast. A dedicated workout tracker makes it easier to see where you left off and keep moving forward.

I have logged workouts in my notes before. It works, but after a while you end up scrolling through pages of old sessions trying to figure out what weight you used, how many reps you completed, or what you did the last time you trained that movement.

That is one of the reasons I built GMLYFT. When I start a workout, I want the information I need right in front of me. What did I lift last time? How many reps did I get? Am I progressing? I should not have to search for those answers between sets.

A dedicated workout logger also saves time in other ways. Your routine is already there, your exercises are organized, your rest timer is ready, and your training history builds automatically as you log. Instead of managing your notes, you can focus on training.

Notes are great for a lot of things. For me, tracking years of workouts is no longer one of them.

Keep your training organized and your progress easy to find with GMLYFT.
