Before you download

What is GMLYFT?

GMLYFT is a workout tracker for lifters who want to plan the week, move through each session, and see the work add up. It keeps routines, workout logs, and history connected without getting in the way of training.

Who is GMLYFT built for?

It works for beginners and experienced lifters. Bring your own plan, build a simple routine, or use exercise suggestions when you need ideas. GMLYFT gives you a clear place to organize and record the work.

Where can I download GMLYFT?

GMLYFT is live now on both platforms. It is available on iOS and Android, with download links below.

What does GMLYFT cost, and is it a subscription?

GMLYFT is $9.99 on both iOS and Android. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription billing.

What do I get with the purchase?

You get the core GMLYFT experience: build routines, choose exercises, log sessions, use rest timing, and review your workout history and progress in one place.

Getting started

Can I use GMLYFT without creating an account?

Yes. You can start using the core planning and workout tools without creating an account. Create one when you want cloud backup and restore.

Where is my training data stored?

Your core training data can stay on your device when you use GMLYFT without an account. Cloud backup only begins when you start one yourself, unless you turn on auto backup after workouts. The Privacy Policy explains the data choices in more detail.

How do I build my first routine?

Open Routines, create a routine, add the training days that fit your week, and fill each day with exercises. Start the planned session from Home when you are ready.

Can I add my own exercises?

Yes. If an exercise is not in the library, create a custom exercise, choose its primary muscles and logging type, and add it to the training day or days you selected.

During a workout

What can I log in GMLYFT?

Log weight and reps, bodyweight reps, added or assisted bodyweight work, timed exercises, distance and time, and loaded distance. Add notes when the context around a set or session matters.

Does GMLYFT support cardio and bodyweight training?

Yes. Choose the logging type that matches the movement, whether that means reps, duration, distance, or a combination of those metrics. The matching information carries into workout history and progress reports.

How do rest timers and workout reminders work?

Set a default rest interval, adjust rest for a specific exercise or session, and use the rest timer as you log each set. Optional notifications can remind you about planned training days and deliver rest updates when enabled.

Can I adjust a workout while I am training?

Yes. You can make session-specific changes, update rest timing, add notes, and keep moving through the workout without losing your place or rewriting the routine you planned for the week.

Progress, data, and support

What can I see in History?

History gives you calendar and list views for completed workouts, plus set-level details, volume, time, exercise progress, training trends, and muscle distribution. It is there to help you make the next training decision with context.

Can I track body stats?

Yes. Track weight, body fat, and measurements, then review the latest entries and how each metric changes over time.

How do backup and restore work?

Create an account when you want cloud backup and restore. You can start a backup yourself from Account & Data, or turn on optional automatic backup after workouts. You remain in control of when cloud backup is used.

Where can I get help and product updates?

Use the How-To library for walkthroughs, Contact for support or feedback, and the Blog and social channels for product updates and training content.
