- Health and fitness data you choose to enter in GMLYFT, such as workout routines, exercise selections, sets, reps, weight or load, workout duration, training notes, and workout history.
- Usage and device information, such as app interactions, device identifiers, crash data, and diagnostics used to maintain performance and security.
- Support communications and records related to questions, feedback, or troubleshooting requests you send to us.
- Transaction records for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play, not full payment card details.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve GMLYFT, respond to support requests, process purchases, communicate service-related updates, and protect the platform from abuse, fraud, and security issues.

Health and Fitness Data
Because GMLYFT is a workout and training app, some of the information you enter may be considered Health and Fitness Data. This includes workout-related information such as exercise selections, sets, reps, weight or load, workout duration, training notes, workout history, and similar fitness activity data you choose to log in the app.
We collect and use this Health and Fitness Data to provide GMLYFT's core functionality, including saving your workouts, displaying your history and progress, supporting training features, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the safety and reliability of the service.
Payments for Products or Services
Users can buy goods, items, or services through GMLYFT. Purchases are one-time payments only, unless otherwise shown at checkout.
In-app payments are processed through:
- Apple Store In-App Payments
- Google Play In-App Payments
Payment transactions are processed by Apple or Google through their billing systems. We do not receive or store full payment card details. No recurring subscriptions are offered at this time, and refunds are subject to the applicable app store's rules.
How We Share Information
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us run GMLYFT (for example hosting, analytics, and support tooling), when required by law, or as part of a legitimate business transfer.
Data Retention
We keep data, including Health and Fitness Data, only as long as necessary for service delivery, account administration, security, legal compliance, and dispute resolution, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, including Health and Fitness Data associated with your account, where required by applicable law. You can also manage communication preferences from your account settings or by contacting us.
