How to create circuits and supersets in GMLYFT

Learn how to create circuits and supersets in GMLYFT to organize exercises and improve workout efficiency.

Supersets and circuits group exercises together so you can move through a planned block without stopping to rebuild the workout.

A superset contains 2 exercises next to each other. A circuit contains 3 or more exercises next to each other. The exercises you select must use the same number of sets.

Create a block

  1. Click Routines, choose a routine, and select a training day.
  2. Add the exercises you want to group and make sure they are next to each other in the list.
  3. Open the three-dot menu on an exercise row and choose Select.
  4. Select 2 exercises next to each other for a superset, or 3 or more exercises next to each other for a circuit.
  5. Open the three-dot menu next to Selected.
  6. Choose Create Superset or Create Circuit.

The block label appears on the exercise rows after it is created. To change a block later, select its exercises and use Clear Block from the Selected menu.

Drop sets are not available inside supersets or circuits.
