Supersets and circuits group exercises together so you can move through a planned block without stopping to rebuild the workout.
A superset contains 2 exercises next to each other. A circuit contains 3 or more exercises next to each other. The exercises you select must use the same number of sets.
Create a block
- Click Routines, choose a routine, and select a training day.
- Add the exercises you want to group and make sure they are next to each other in the list.
- Open the three-dot menu on an exercise row and choose Select.
- Select 2 exercises next to each other for a superset, or 3 or more exercises next to each other for a circuit.
- Open the three-dot menu next to Selected.
- Choose Create Superset or Create Circuit.
The block label appears on the exercise rows after it is created. To change a block later, select its exercises and use Clear Block from the Selected menu.
Drop sets are not available inside supersets or circuits.
