Push-Ups With Feet Elevated
Feet-Elevated Push-Ups place the toes on a bench or platform, shifting more body weight toward the hands. The chest, shoulders, and triceps press the body while the trunk keeps the elevated position aligned.

Who May Find Feet-Elevated Push-Ups Useful?
The exercise may suit lifters who have outgrown standard push-ups but do not yet need external loading. A higher bench generally increases the shoulder demand and overall difficulty.
Begin with a low, secure platform. Excessive height can turn the movement into a steep decline press and may be uncomfortable for the shoulders.
Technique overview
Keep the body aligned from heels to shoulders
Place the toes securely on the bench and set the hands in a comfortable push-up position. Lower the torso as one unit, then press evenly through both hands. Keep the hips from dropping and stop when the selected bench height no longer allows a repeatable range.
Treat this as an overview and use a range, pace, and setup you can control.
